What kind of firm is Crystal Consultant Group?
We are a business-to-business consulting and advisory firm. We help small and mid-sized companies with practical operational, negotiation, and communication challenges. We are not a law firm, financial institution, debt settlement company, collection agency, or credit repair organization.
What do you not do?
We do not provide legal advice or representation, financial advice, lending, credit repair, debt settlement, collections, or any service that requires a professional license we do not hold. When those services are needed, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial professional.
How does a typical engagement start?
It starts with an initial consultation. We learn about the business and the situation, describe how we might help, and — if it's a fit — send a written scope of services with pricing before any work begins.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. Business situations depend on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of vendors, counterparties, and other third parties. We commit to preparation, organization, and professional communication — not to specific outcomes, savings, approvals, or settlements.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the scope of the engagement. Most work is quoted as a fixed or capped project fee, or as ongoing advisory hours. Pricing and deliverables are disclosed in writing before you are asked to pay, and recurring charges require your express written authorization.
Are consultations confidential?
Yes. Information you share with us during consultations and engagements is treated as confidential business information and is not shared outside our team without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
What information should I send in the intake form?
A short summary of the situation, your business, and what outcome you're hoping to reach is plenty for scheduling. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank login details, full payment card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
Can I cancel an engagement?
Yes. Cancellation and refund terms are disclosed in your written engagement letter before you pay. Recurring advisory arrangements can be canceled or adjusted with written notice as described in that agreement.
Do you review contracts?
We help you understand business terms, organize contract-related questions, compare proposals, and prepare issues for review by your own licensed attorney when appropriate. We do not provide legal opinions on contracts.
How will charges appear on my statement?
The billing descriptor on your statement closely matches our public business name so you can easily recognize the charge.

Ready to talk through the situation?

Consultations are confidential. We'll listen, ask questions, and outline a practical approach before any engagement begins.
